When sexual assault comes too close…

…the CALACS North Shore Region is there for you!

Beyond words…
When any behaviour (gests, speech, attitudes) makes us feel uncomfortable, we should:

  • React to it even if we believe the behaviour to be inoffensive.

  • Recognize that nothing justifies sexual assault.

  • Be alert, listen, talk about it, react, support..
Because one day it could touch someone close to you.

  • Expose the assaulters.
    Our silence is their protection.

"Society has made sexual assault the only crime where the assaulter feels innocent and the victim feels guilty." Benoîte Groulx
